I’m from San Antonio and I had been looking all in between over Texas, I originally came in to look at a different Audi and left with something a little better, I got to talking a little bit more with Jr. He was more than helpful, he was informative, attentive and he made the whole process very smooth. Came to purchase my first vehicle by myself and the customer service was outstanding. From the moment I reached out with a question about getting financed, Joe was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. From the moment You walk in, it could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled, going above and beyond in every aspect! Narvel and Joe helped me find a vehicle in my budget. I was surprised at how nice their cars actually are. Usually I have reservations about used dealerships and you hear of horrible stories of shade tree mechanics, & patching the car up with flex-seal & ducktape, lol! Just to get it off the Lot, but my experience went great! Extended Warranty, Free Oil Changes, Roadside. They even went out of their way to fix an issue with a check engine light, free of charge! And their service tech is great! I definitely had a great experience buying from R&T Expo and will be buying more cars there. They have a great selection at a fair price and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend buying here. I couldn't be happier with the support and assistance I received in my car purchase from R&T Expo. I was out of town searching for a very specific Mercedes AMG, and in my first correspondence with Junior, he quickly determined my needs and facilitated the purchase process. Understandably, we were both very busy, with myself at work and Junior attending to clients on-site. However, I felt heard and supported throughout the entire purchase. When I arrived, the car was ready for viewing, along with alternate options to consider. The entire process was swift and efficient. During the finalization of the purchase, Tim and Junior were very supportive of the customizations I wanted, and they helped me implement the performance modifications. 🤦🏽‍♂️ This has been the worst car buying experience EVER‼️ I purchased a bmw 530i- From getting my car delivered & the first thing I see if is a parking brake light on my dashboard. “That the guy I spoke with tried to say maybe the delivery guy accidentally did it “ then I scheduled an appointment to my local bmw dealership that’s 1 hour away from me. Then not even a week later “before my appointment “ I woke up to my car saying “ Don’t drive you have a leak in your turbo “ . Then… I finally have my appointment at the dealership & they tell me I need $10k worth of repairs $4k alone “ just so they can fix the electrical issue For the - parking brake light- which disables all my driving features “ auto hold , cruise control etc…” . Me & the lady from the dealership call the dealership & the salesman I dealt with was EXTREMELY RUDE & CURSING AT ME & called us liars etc…At that point I just hung up. “ I wasn’t even gonna leave an review because I didn’t want to stressful my self out until now” 2 weeks ago the car started malfunctioning as I was driving on a busy street & went from Driving to instant jerking & locked into Neutral & shut off. Now I’m stuck in middle of the lane of a busy street because my car started malfunctioning and saying a “ Drive-Train issue” & it completely stopped driving as I was driving and had to hurry up and jump in a middle lane before the car completely stopped moving , which I’m now late to work & have a EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MEETING.
